Meet Carli

Carli is highly dedicated to real estate, wealth creation, and developing passive income streams.  Having owned and managed a portfolio of properties throughout California and Idaho for over 15 years, she strongly believes in the long-term growth of the real estate market. She is passionate about helping others and dedicated to supporting your real estate goals.  

Carli is an Arizona State University honors graduate and has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in sales. She commenced her career at the largest winery in the world, earning Rookie of the Year and quickly advanced into management. Following this, she dedicated over a decade as a top-performing sales representative, trainer, and district sales manager at Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and medical companies. Subsequently, Carli spent 9 years leading a consulting business and served as a guest speaker at leadership retreats across North America.  Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail have been key contributors to success in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Carli lives locally in Laguna Beach with her husband and 3 children. She believes that it is important to love where you live and Orange County checks all the boxes. From year-round sunshine to exceptional local schools, world-renowned beaches, coastal views and rolling hills; Southern California is truly the ideal outdoor playground.  

In her free time, Carli enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, practicing yoga, and exploring real estate opportunities. She is passionate about self-development and has engaged in an array of leadership trainings. Carli strongly believes in having an abundant, growth-oriented mindset and strives to provide value in everything she does. She loves her community and volunteers throughout the local elementary and middle school PTA programs, SchoolPower, Laguna Beach Parents Club and MOPS.
