Meet Sandra

A true Southern California native with a passion for helping others, Sandra Carlisle is known among clients and peers for her professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Buyers and sellers alike appreciate her ability to guide them through every step of the real estate sales process, all while remaining transparent, keeping them informed, and helping them get the best deal in the least amount of time.

Sandra’s full-time real estate career dates back to 2003. She was born in Los Angeles and has lived in San Diego, moved to the East Coast and back, and resides near the coast in Orange County. Her experience moving away and returning home expanded her compassion for those embarking on moves themselves, whether they are purchasing their first home, moving up to a large one, achieving their dreams of owning a custom oceanfront estate, or scaling back a bit.

Driven by a heartfelt belief that her clients always come first, Sandra discovers what fits a buyer’s lifestyle and budget the best, what type of home they are looking for, which neighborhoods appeal to them, and what their future plans hold in store. With sellers, she creates a personalized marketing plan that will present their home to a broad spectrum of prospective buyers.

Sandra’s Southern California roots have given her incomparable knowledge about its many cities and communities. Today, she lends her expertise to buyers and sellers in Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach and Costa Mesa.

In her free time, Sandra gives back by volunteering whenever possible, and she loves walking her dog, Henry. She and her other half love exploring restaurants, hiking in the coastal hills and walking along the beach.
